Community Partnerships
As a trust we want to work with the community for the community. We are outward-facing and seek to build strength by harnessing the power of other organisations who can support our trust and our young people.
Our annual Community Listening Campaign helps us develop a deeper understanding of the communities that our schools serve and to establish what the priorities are for local residents, young people and employers in the community.
We are grateful to our community partners who support us in delivering a high-quality education for our young people. Much of this partnership work happens on our site and our reception building serves as Community Hub, where a wide range of organisations and services can be based throughout the year, making it easy for our students and families to access provision.
To embed our work in the community we have created the Endeavour Convening Partnership where our partner organisations can come together to work collectively to have impact on the outcomes for children and young people our schools serve. Our Convening Partnership has three strands: health, futures, community and family.
We want our students to be healthy and understand how to stay healthy so with the help of both strategic and dynamic partners, we help them make the right choices to achieve this. We are supported by both local and national organisations and charities who collaborate with us and provide expertise in helping us improve physical and mental health outcomes for our young people.

We want our students to have a life of choice and opportunity. We believe that with the right support, bright young people from all backgrounds can aim high. We harness the expertise of local universities, as well as a range of local and national charities and organisations to help with our goal of widening our students’ participation in higher education and securing higher level apprenticeships when they leave Post 16 education.

We seek to build strong relationships with our families and carers. Through investing in relationships with parents, the community and other local services, we hope to strengthen our local community and transform children’s lives. Through our local community partners, we are building a pipeline of provision and support for our families which complements the work of the trust.

Professional Partnerships
To keep learning and improving, we are outward-facing and learn from other schools and trusts from across the country to develop our professional practice. At trust level, we play an active role in national and local networks such as the Confederation of School Trusts (CST), Association of Schools and Colleges (ASCL) and Schools North East (SNE). We have also built strong relationships with other local and national trusts to share best practice and support; these are dynamic collaborations depending on strategies and needs year to year.
