Welcome to Endeavour Academies Trust. We are proud to serve our community, offering an ‘all through’ education from 2-18 years across our schools. Our founding academy has a long established history as a force for social mobility since it was established in 1989 as one of the first City Technology Colleges with a clear ethos of preparing students for work and giving students the skills and attributes they need for successful and prosperous careers.

We have developed close partnerships with many of our local primary schools and our trust was strengthened through Archibald Academy joining us in 2018 creating greater continuity, smoother transitions and opportunities for collaboration and student leadership opportunities.  

We want to inspire the children at our schools to achieve great things, so that they leave us optimistic about their future and able to lead lives of choice and opportunity. Over the years, our schools have continuously developed; implementing new ideas and initiatives that have helped to transform the opportunities for young people in Middlesbrough. We are immensely proud of our alumni, who have gone on to make their mark in a range of different sectors and who support our current students in their ambitions for the future. 

Endeavour schools are inclusive and caring environments where pupils, parents and teachers work together in partnership united by a sense of the highest expectations for young people. We also work very closely with a wide range of community partners to provide the best support for our pupils and seek to develop these partnerships further through our ‘cradle-to career’ model, supported by the Endeavour Foundation. This unique development has seen the trust set up its own registered charity to best support our families.

We are a caring employer, committed to supporting staff throughout their career through an extensive professional development programme. Recruiting, developing and retaining great staff is a priority and staff wellbeing is important to us.  We try to ensure that our staff feel valued by ensuring they are well supported and have plenty of opportunities and benefits.
