To mark the 200th Anniversary of the Stockton and Darlington Railway, the expansion of which led to the development and growth of Middlesbrough, all pupils in school took part is some special activities related to this historical event.

Y3 learnt that at the time, not everyone was in favour of the railway being built.  They discussed the viewpoints of different people, then made posters and used them in a  reconstructed protest event.
